Single chamber piezoelectric gas transfer pump design

The simulation results show that: the first-order natural frequency below the valve in the pump working frequency, fuel card management system and when the critical pressure acting on the valve on both sides of the value is greater than 0.8 kPa when the valve opening height, because is too large to be restored to
the closed pump due to job failure.
For the manufacture of gas output performance good piezoelectric pump, designed a kind of umbrella shaped rubber valve model. Analyzed the flow characteristic umbrella shaped rubber valve, and using Ansys software, simulation analysis on performance of the valve,automated fuel management system to determine the critical pressure umbrella shaped rubber valve of the first 10 order natural frequency and valve failure effect in the valve on both sides of the value.
