Hydraulic piston pump system components and working principle

The underground part of the main unit of hydraulic piston pumps, it was motivated by the three components of hydraulic piston pump and the slide valve control mechanism, automated fuel management system ,which played a major role in pumping the oil.

The ground segment from the ground power pumps, control valves and all kinds of power fluid handling equipment, gasoline flow meter etc., play a role in handling the power supply and liquid.

Hydraulic piston pump system up stroke

Master slide valve is located on the dead. High pressure power fluid through the passageway from the center of the tubing into the liquid motive under a tank. Since the master control slide valve blocked passage b, fuel card management system ,the high-pressure liquid motive power fluid can not enter the tank.

The motive fluid cylinder through the passage d, the master slide valve h in the middle of the annular space to communicate with the extraction of crude oil phase.

On the motive fluid,  portable fuel transfer pump ,under the action of the cylinder under pressure, fluid motive driving the plunger upward movement of the piston pump.

He worked on the cylinder hybrid and lack of liquid crude oil lifted to the ground after extraction. When the piston rod near the top dead center, the lower part of the control slot f the lower chamber of the main spool and extraction of crude oil relative to communication, main spool will be pushed down dead, but was motivated to re-start into the next stroke ,  storage tank calibration methods ,the stroke is ended.

Because the piston, under the effect of the two ends of different sizes to produce pressure, motivated by the liquid pump plunger downward. Piston rod is actually an auxiliary control slide valve on the shaft, automated fuel management system ,the lower part of the control slot opened e and f.

When the piston rod near the bottom dead center, the upper control channel e communicate on the master slide valve, storage tank calibration methods ,the lower chamber c and g, a high-voltage power fluid from the control into the main grooves e of the lower end of the slide valve chamber g.

Since the end face of the main spool area under an area larger than the upper end, the role of power fluid under high pressure is generated pressure, cause the main control spool to the top dead center,  fuel card management system ,thereby completing the down stroke.
