At the same time the relief valve spring can not be adjusted too tight, otherwise it will make the system pressure, noise and vibration increases, and increased pump bearing wear.
Finally belt tension should be appropriate, the tension is too small, the belt slippery, causing oil shortage or not oil, but also easy to wear belt tensioning force is too large, the motor shaft and the pump shaft is exposed to additional load (axial direction of the vertical axis) increases, could easily accelerate the motor bearings, pump bearings and seal wear.
