Hydraulic piston pump system components and working principle

The underground part of the main unit of hydraulic piston pumps, it was motivated by the three components of hydraulic piston pump and the slide valve control mechanism, automated fuel management system ,which played a major role in pumping the oil.

The ground segment from the ground power pumps, control valves and all kinds of power fluid handling equipment, gasoline flow meter etc., play a role in handling the power supply and liquid.

Middle section with a central power supply of crude oil and oil pipe and worked together with the lack of power was returned to the specialized channel ground.

Works (Working Principals), ground power fluid pressure tubing or special power delivery catheter, fluid power is transmitted to the downhole fluid motor at reversing the slide valve control mechanism, power fluid drive fluid motor, hydraulic motor reciprocates, hydraulic motor driven pump through the piston reciprocating motion,  storage tank calibration methods ,lifting crude oil is pressurized.
